Two arrested for convenience store hold-up | Crime

Mississippi law enforcement officials have arrested and charged two men from Iuka in connection with a hold-up at a Colbert County convenience store.

It happened on September 25th at the B&B Package Store on Highway 72 near the state line. One of the men was armed with a handgun. The duo took $275 cash, 40 packs of cigarettes, and two cases of beer.

A short time later, the suspect's SUV was spotted in Iuka. It had been reported stolen earlier that same night. 

After some investigation, officials came up with two suspects : 23 year old Charles Blankenship, and 26 year old Miles Goss. Both were arrested and charged with robbery. The two will also soon be charged with stealing the SUV.
